With multiple modes to choose from, including Co-op Battles, Random Battles, and Clan Battles, there's always a new challenge to conquer. Choose your mode, gather your team, and head into battle to prove your naval supremacy in World of Warships!
Co-op
Looking for an exciting and challenging battle mode in World of Warships? Try out Co-op Battles, where you and up to 9 other players team up to face a squad of computer-controlled bots. This game mode is available to play from level 1 and is a great way to hone your skills and work on teamwork. Bots may be assigned to your team to create a full game experience. Join your comrades and work together to take down the enemy bots in Co-op Battles in World of Warships!
Random Battle
Looking for an exciting and unpredictable battle mode in World of Warships? Random Battles is a popular mode available from level 3 onward that matches players up randomly based on tier and ship type, creating intense 12v12 battles. It's a great way to challenge yourself and test your skills against a variety of opponents. Join the battle in Random Battles mode in World of Warships and show off your naval prowess!
Scenario
Get ready for an exciting and challenging battle mode in World of Warships! Operation mode is a PvE game mode available for account level 12 and above. You and your team will face increasingly difficult waves of bots while carrying out a set of unique objectives. Assembling a team of friends is highly recommended to increase your chances of success in this mode. Can you complete the objectives and emerge victorious in Operation mode? Join the battle and find out in World of Warships!
Ranked
Get ready for a competitive gaming experience with World of Warships Ranked Battles! This game mode has restrictions on time and ship tiers and runs for approximately 6-7 weeks each season. Climb the ladder-based ranking system to reach the top of the leaderboard and earn bragging rights as a skilled player. Matchmaking pairs you with similarly ranked opponents, providing an exciting challenge for players of all skill levels. To participate, you must reach account level 14 and be ready to face some of the toughest competition World of Warships has to offer.
Clan
Clan battles are similar to ranked. Restricted to certain times, tiers, and ships apply. Form a team with members of your clan and face opponents of a similar skill level in the matchmaking system. Level 15 minimum.
Training
Level 15 players can generate a fully custom game scenario on a map of their choosing. Adjust multiple parameters to test game mechanics, hone ships, and test strategies. No experience is awarded for Training mode games, you spend nothing and gain nothing to play.
Battleship Classes
There are World of Warship ships to fulfill every role of team co-operation. Find your position at the helm of any of these battleship classes.
Aircraft Carriers
Aircraft carriers provide remote air support for your team at extreme range. These floating airfields are essential, functioning as a support class. They are, however, highly vulnerable to attack without proper team co-ordination.
Battleships
The battleships are the Goliaths of naval combat. These heavily armored machines fight on the frontlines of oceanic combat. Batter your enemies with a barrage of firepower, and rely on extreme range support from aircraft carriers. These ships can take more of a beating than any other class.
Cruisers
Cruisers are a strategic class with multiple roles. Every nation has cruisers, but they vary in characteristics. Generally, cruisers are versatile ships with a wide array of tools and slots for consumables, making them able to adapt quickly to various battlefield conditions.
Destroyers
Destroyers are lightweight, agile ships that provide supreme firepower and maneuverability. Their health pool is weaker, leaving them fatally vulnerable to ammunition like torpedoes.
Game Tips
Two simple tips for World of Warships success:
Team play is essential - so make sure you have a strong team, and you're open to working co-operatively with other players.
Time your shots - World of Warships features long-range combat. Shots can take up to 10 seconds to reach a target, so you need to calculate in advance where your shots will land. Practice makes perfect!
